Equity

Own part of the lender. £1.5m for 20% of Atlas Capital.

Atlas Capital lends to the UK property investors and developers the big lenders ignore. This is a chance to own a share of the business itself, not just fund its loans.

You could lose all of the money you invest. Shares in a private company are hard to sell, and you may not get your money back for a long time.

The gap we lend into

The banks stepped back. The borrowers didn't go away.

Bank lending to small property developers halved between 2017 and late 2024. The money moved to private lenders. And only 3 of 73 surveyed development lenders will write a loan under £5m. That is where Atlas Capital lends.

What we fix

The people in lending aren't the problem. The process is.

Across about 5,000 broker reviews, lenders' people scored 92 out of 100. Their process scored 53. Atlas Capital is built to fix the process.

Why we exist

"So rather than keep complaining about lenders, I built the lender I want to borrow from."

Llewellyn (Lee) Lloyd · Founder and CEO

Lee Lloyd, founder of Atlas Capital Partners

Lee paid a lender more than £7,000 extra for one thing: certainty. Five weeks in, on the day the money was due to land, their CEO overruled his own lending manager. Nothing about the deal had changed. Just no loan.

Earlier that year, another loan took seven months to reach his account. The wait cost him £35,000 in interest.

That isn't a credit problem. It's a process problem. Atlas Capital exists to fix it.

Questions

Straight answers.

Who can invest?

This is for high net worth and sophisticated investors only.

What is the minimum?

The minimum for equity is being set now. Lee goes through it, the terms and the risks with you on the call. Booking the call doesn't commit you to anything.

Is my money at risk?

Yes. You could lose all of the money you invest, and shares in a private company are hard to sell.

Can I do lending capital as well?

Yes. Atlas Capital is also raising up to £5m of lending capital at 12% fixed per year. Pick "Both" on the form and Lee covers each one on the same call. See the lending capital offer.

Who will I speak to?

Lee, on the call. Before it, Atlas Capital's assistant may email you to confirm a few details. It's AI and always says so, and anything it can't answer goes straight to Lee's team.
