What we collect when you use this site, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

Lloyd Investments Group Ltd, trading as Atlas Capital Partners. Company number 15996694. 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE.

Contact: [contact email to confirm]. ICO registration: [number to confirm].

What we collect

  • Your name, email and phone number, when you ask for a deal report or book a call.
  • The deal details you type into the calculator: product, property value, loan amount, term, timing and how you plan to repay.
  • For investors, your confirmation that you are a high net worth or sophisticated investor.

Why we use it

  • To send you the report or book the call you asked for.
  • To follow up about your deal or your interest in investing, for a short time afterwards. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To check a lending or investment enquiry is a fit before we spend your time on it.

We do this because you asked us to, and because it is in both our interests to follow up an enquiry you started. We never sell your details.

Who else sees it

Our website host (Netlify) and our customer system (GoHighLevel), only to run this site and keep track of enquiries. If you accept cookies, the analytics and advertising tools we use (such as Google Analytics and LinkedIn) see how you use the site. Nobody else, unless the law requires it.

Cookies

We only use analytics and advertising cookies if you say yes on the banner. They tell us which adverts and pages bring people in, so we can stop paying for the ones that don't. If you say no, nothing is set. You can change your mind any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

How long we keep it

If you do not go ahead, we delete your enquiry after 12 months. If you become a customer or investor, we keep what the law requires us to.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop us contacting you. Email us at the address above. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
